Aliplast Star aluminium window and door system

Aliplast Star is modern aluminium system for designing windows and doors requiring very good thermal insulation. The system uses a thermal separator 45 mm deep, made of solid and proven materials, is an effective thermal barrier. Star is particularly recommended for low-energy-consumption and passive buildings, meeting stringent standards that will apply in Poland from 2021 (Uw <0.9 W / m2K).
The large depth of the frame (90mm) is conected with very high stiffness and strength, which makes it possible to construct structures of above-standard dimensions – windows (unopened, turn-off, tilt-turn, tilt-slide) and external doors and shops windows. A great advantage is the outside glazing option, which facilitates the installation of very large glazing.
There is also a wide range of colors available – full RAL palette, structural colors, Aliplast Wood Color Effect, two-tone color, anode.


  • Depth of the frame 90 mm with Uf value from 0.73 W / m2K,
  • High resistance to weather conditions – air permeability (Class 4, PN-EN 12207), resistance to wind load (C4, PN-EN 12210) and water tightness (E900, PN-EN 12208)
  • Standard triple glazing with Ug value = 0.6 W / m2K filled with noble gas – argon, with a warm edge spacer (Chromatech Ultra)
  • The range of glazing up to 81 mm allows to use of all types of glass available on the market – standard glass, safe laminated or tempered, soundproof (up to 53dB!) *
  • The possibility of using solar control glass with very high parameters, ie Lt = 39% and g = 23%
  • Used fittings from GU Germany, also in the hidden mission *
  • Possibility of using locks with a certain class of burglary in the door, up to 5 locking points *,
